We accept various payment methods, including FPS, Bank Transfer, Pay me, WeChat Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Octopus Pay.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please note that once the product packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns.

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon.
